Refund policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions and beauty tools, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, colors, and specifications carefully before purchasing. 

Hair Extensions

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened or the product seal has been broken.

Hair extensions may be eligible for return only if:

• The package remains completely unopened
• The original seal and packaging are intact
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Tools & Accessories

Tools and accessories (clips, combs, pliers, brushes, beads, etc.) may be eligible for return if:

• The item is unused
• The product is in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photo of the product
• Photo of the packaging

Once confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened hair extensions
• Used beauty tools or accessories
• Clearance or promotional items
• Gift cards

 

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
